職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 金融機関や総合・専門商社、製造・運輸・建設・住宅販売等の事業会社を母体とする保険代理店（企業代理店）を通じた、大企業・中堅企業あるいは企業内の個人のお客様へのリスクソリューションを提供し、それを起点として各種の損害保険商品を推進することで、収益を拡大していくことが部門の目的です。
• お客様に誠実に向き合いながら、企業代理店と信頼関係を築き、共に成長できる環境を作っていくことが、営業担当者に期待される重要な役割です。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• 企業代理店の皆様に、AIGの有する様々なValueをご理解頂き、それを活かした、お客様に最適なソリューションを提案する。
• 社内外の関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを通じて、収益を伴う成長に向けた施策を検討し、実行する。
• 所属するチームのサブリーダー的な役割として、チーム内での情報の共有、各種施策の実行計画の立案、人材育成にも参画予定。

　最終学歴　　

• 学士号または同等の学位

　スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

　【免許】　普通自動車免許　尚可

　【スキル】　英語力（TOEIC780以上尚可）、PCスキル（Excel/Word/PPT中級以上尚可）、ソーシャルスキル、社内外との対人コミュニケーションスキル、保険知識

　【性格/気質】

　・誠実かつ責任感のある方。調和力のある方尚可

　業務経験

　・法人営業で信頼関係を構築し成功体験のある方であれば尚可
