Essential Functions
- Le contrôle, la comptabilisation, le règlement et le suivi des factures fournisseurs pour la France et la Suisse (incluant le suivi des litiges éventuels et les relances)
- Le contrôle, la comptabilisation, le règlement des notes de frais pour la France et la Suisse dans le respect des procédures de la société (incluant la communication vis-à-vis des salariés)
- La saisie des encaissements clients et suivi de la balance âgée (relances…)
- Assister le superviseur sur les arrêtés mensuels (CCA, FNP, CAP, rapprochements bancaires…)
- Comprendre et suivre toutes les procédures applicables ( internes Zoll Médical France, groupe ZOLL, règlementation marché équipements médicaux, normes ISO , procédures SOX ...) en relation avec les tâches confiées
- ISO : application des procédures liées à la norme ISO, suivi de la démarche qualité dans l’entreprise, suivi et remontée d’information concernant l’application et l’évolution des procédures
