We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join the AI4All global team and lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and impactful AI-powered digital products.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for complex AI-driven products, from discovery to launch.
Own UX strategy, information architecture, interaction models, and experience vision.
Design high-fidelity user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI.
Engage directly with customers, users, and stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and expectations.
Plan and conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing with customers and internal teams.
Facilitate design discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders, clearly explaining rationale, trade-offs, and impact.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Manage and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
Mentor junior designers and support design quality across the team.
Advocate for UX best practices, AI usage and ensure customer-centric thinking across product decisions.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Strong expertise in UX methodologies, user-centered design, and design thinking.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, auto layout, prototyping).
Strong skills in Adobe illustrator; knowledge of other Adobe tools is a plus.
Proven experience working with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, design rationale, and business outcomes.
Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Experience designing AI-powered products or using AI design tools is a strong plus.
