Skills Required
- System development experience of 5+ years
- Experience implementing business systems (applications, software, infrastructure)
- Experience with requirements definition, system requirements definition, design, development, testing, migration, project management, or operations design (some or all phases)

- Practical experience developing generative AI applications (e.g., RAG architectures)
- Data analysis experience as a data scientist
- Proficiency in Python or Java and practical experience with frameworks/libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
- Knowledge and practical experience in agile development
- Knowledge of cloud services and cloud-native technologies
- Ability to design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available AI solutions using cloud services
- Offshore development and development management experience
