◆役割・期待
業界、業務を問わず、システム要件定義、設計・開発・テスト、移行(システム移行、業務移行)、プロジェクト管理経験、運用設計、といった一連のシステム企画～開発～運用の上流工程から下流工程までを担当いただきます。
◆業務内容
・ お客様の業務変革を実現するためのAIやその他のテクノロジーを組み合わせたシステム開発
・アクセンチュア社内の他部門と横断でチームを組成してのプロジェクト推進
・お客様向けのプロジェクトだけでなく、自社のシステムインテグレーションや、運用保守の手法、働き方の変革
・生成AIを活用したソリューションの開発、導入
・上記の要素を踏まえ、グローバルのチームと連携した新たな価値創造

◆応募要件
・システム開発経験・各種業務システムの導入経験(アプリケーション、ソフトウェア、インフラストラクチャ問わず)
・業務要件定義、システム要件定義、設計・開発・テスト、移行(システム移行、業務移行)、プロジェクト管理経験、運用設計、といった一連のシステム企画～開発～運用までの一部、若しくはすべての工程の経験
・日本語の筆記・会話能力がビジネスレベル以上の方 ※選考は全て日本語で実施します。
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・生成AIに関わる基礎知識(LLM, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, Responsible AI, AIエージェント、LLMOps/MLOps等)
・生成AIを活用したアプリケーション開発(RAGアーキテクチャやエージェントフレームワークを利用した生成AIシステム開発、等)に関する知識と実務経験：OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, NVIDIA, LLMOps/MLOps, LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith/LangFuse
・データサイエンティストとしてデータ分析に関する知識と実務経験
・PythonやJavaなどのプログラミング言語への精通と、ソリューション、フレームワーク、ライブラリ(例：TensorFlow、PyTorch、Keras)の実務経験
・アジャイル開発に関する知識と実務経験
・クラウドサービスおよびクラウドネイティブ技術に関する知識：Google, AWS, Azure
・クラウドサービスを利用したスケーラブルで高可用性のAIソリューションを設計、実装、管理する能力
・オフショア開発および開発管理に関する実務経験
・英語(ビジネスレベル)

Skills Required
- System development experience (applications, software, infrastructure)
- Experience in requirements definition, system design, development, testing, migration, project management, or operations design

- Proficiency in Python or Java and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
- Agile development knowledge and practical experience
- Experience with cloud services and cloud-native technologies (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and designing scalable, highly available AI solutions
- Experience managing offshore development or distributed teams
- Business-level English
