Skills Required
- 5+ years backend or AI development experience with solid engineering fundamentals and system design skills.
- Familiarity with large model application paradigms and practical project experience with Agents, RAG, tool-calling, or AI infrastructure.
- Experience with agent orchestration and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or similar); able to handle model output uncertainty and tool-call failures.
- Strong backend performance optimization skills for high-concurrency scenarios: streaming responses, asynchronous task scheduling, multi-level caching, and cost control.
- Proficient in at least one major backend language (Go, Java, or Python); strong code quality and engineering mindset.
- High enthusiasm for AI with an 'AI-native' engineering mindset; able to iterate quickly and deliver results amid uncertainty.
