Join Avenue Z as we transform our operations using AI automation. You'll design workflows, optimize processes, and help build our AI-powered operating system. This is a hands-on technical role perfect for someone who loves solving problems and making things work better.
You'll work directly with the CTO to implement automation solutions - no people management, just pure problem-solving and process improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process Design & Optimization
- Map current workflows (creative, marketing, PR) and identify improvement opportunities
- Design automated processes that reduce manual work and increase efficiency
- Create clear documentation and process diagrams
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize
AI Implementation
- Build and test prompts for content generation, research, and analysis
- Configure automation tools (training provided on specific platforms)
- Set up integrations between tools and systems
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability
Quality & Metrics
- Define success criteria for each automated workflow
- Track performance metrics (speed, quality, cost-effectiveness)
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Provide technical training and support to teams
WHO YOU ARE
Required Experience
- 1-3 years in operations, marketing ops, or process improvement
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) LLMs and prompt writing
- Solid understanding of APIs and data flow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
