  • Continuously refresh the roadmap in response to business developments, regulatory changes, and technology advancements in the AI landscape.

Performance Reporting

  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards, progress reports, and strategic updates that communicate transformation milestones, risks, and business value realization to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Establish clear metrics and success criteria for all transformation programs, enabling data-driven portfolio decisions and course corrections.

Resource & Budget Governance

  • Optimize resource allocation across the transformation portfolio, managing workforce planning, vendor engagement, and budget deployment to maximize program impact.
  • Partner with Finance to manage transformation budgets, track spend against plan, and develop business cases for new investment decisions.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues across transformation programs, maintaining a live risk register and proposing resolution pathways in a timely manner.
  • Foster a risk-aware culture within the transformation team, embedding structured risk reviews into governance cadences.
