We are looking for an AI Transformation Specialist who combines strong business acumen with hands-on technical capabilities to drive meaningful transformation initiatives both internally and for our clients.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and AI-enabled solutions—understanding how organizations operate today, identifying inefficiencies, and designing and implementing AI-driven optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities, and translate them into AI-driven use cases with clear business value.
  • AI Strategy & Execution: Design and implement practical AI transformation initiatives that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer/employee experience across business functions.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Build and deploy AI-powered solutions (e.g., AI agents, copilots, workflow automations), ensuring they are scalable, usable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Model Selection & Application: Evaluate and apply appropriate AI models, tools, and frameworks based on use case requirements, balancing performance, cost, and maintainability.
  • Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, test, and refine prompts and workflows to ensure reliable and high-quality outputs across different business scenarios.
  • Impact Measurement: Define success metrics, track adoption and performance, and communicate measurable business impact to stakeholders.
  • Client & Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, customer support) to co-design and deliver AI-enabled solutions.
  • Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing tools, data environments, and processes.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Support adoption through training, communication, and hands-on guidance, fostering an AI-first mindset across teams.
  • Innovation & Market Awareness: Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and practices, bringing new ideas and capabilities into the organization.

Requirements
  • Hybrid Business–Technical Profile: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical AI and automation solutions.
  • Experience Level: 2+ years in a relevant role — AI implementation, business analysis, consulting, digital transformation, automation, or business process optimization.
  • AI & LLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities, including LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools.
  • Hands-on Implementation Experience: Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in real-world business environments.
  • Prompt Engineering & Workflow Design: Ability to craft and optimize prompts and design end-to-end AI-driven workflows.
  • Agent Development & Automation: Experience building AI agents or automation solutions using modern platforms (e.g., no-code/low-code tools, APIs, orchestration frameworks).
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams and interact with clients.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business with a technology focus, or a related field.

Skills Required
