Job Purpose
The AI Enablement & Transformation Specialist supports the rollout, adoption, and optimization of AI tools across the organization. This role focuses on hands-on execution, data tracking, and continuous improvement of the company’s Knowledge Hub to ensure employees derive measurable value from AI-powered solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support company-wide rollout of AI tools and features to drive adoption and usage
- Monitor AI tool adoption metrics, usage trends, and employee feedback
- Assist in identifying emerging AI tools with potential business impact
- Coordinate and support employee training sessions and enablement initiatives
- Maintain and enhance the company Knowledge Hub content, structure, and usability
- Support LLM integrations to improve search, content relevance, and knowledge retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI tools with business workflows
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track adoption, engagement, and performance
Requirements
- Degree and/or certification in AI & ML is an advantage
- Extreme passion about AI and hands on experience using AI solutions and tools
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to analyze adoption metrics, feedback, and performance data
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI/Tableau (nice-to-have)
- Curiosity to link data insights with business impact
- Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
- Productivity & collaboration tools (Notion, Miro, Slack, Microsoft 365)
- Knowledge bases (Confluence, Guru, SharePoint)
- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)

Skills Required
- Coursework or certifications in AI tools, prompt engineering, or machine learning fundamentals (e.g., Coursera, Google AI, Microsoft Learn)
- BA Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
