Job Purpose 

This position serves as the central project management lead for AI transformation initiatives across CI International and Lifestyle Design. The role is responsible for driving planning, coordination, execution and governance of AI related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder needs and organizational change efforts. Partnering closely with business leaders, functional teams and stakeholders, this position accelerates AI adoption and delivers measurable business value across both entities. 


A glimpse of your daily mission 

  • Drive AI Transformation Programs across Lifestyle Design and International: Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and value realization, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Drive AI Strategy and Roadmap Development: Partner with leaders to define and execute AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives that accelerate business growth, productivity and innovation. 

  • Propose AI Investments and Resource Allocation: Coordinate AI program budgets, vendor relationships and resource deployment to maximize return on investment and ensure sustainable scalability. 

  • Measure and Communicate Business Impact: Define success metrics, track AI program performance, and communicate progress, risks and value creation to executive stakeholders. 

  • Deploy and Maintain AI Governance and Policies: Deploy frameworks, policies, risk management practices and ethical AI standards to ensure compliance, security and responsible use of AI technologies. 

  • Support Cross-Functional Transformation Efforts: Collaborate with business, IT, data, HR and all other functional leaders to identify AI opportunities, drive organizational alignment, and remove barriers to adoption. 

  • Champion AI Adoption and Change Management: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by leading change management efforts, building AI capabilities and driving user adoption across the organization. 

  • Identify and Scale AI Innovation Opportunities: Evaluate emerging AI technologies, use cases, and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency 

  • Monitor AI Trends and Industry Best Practices: Stay informed on advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and digital transformation, translating insights into strategic recommendations and competitive advantage. 


Your Qualifications 

  • 7 years related work experience with Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years related experience with Masters degree. 

  • Project Management certification or extensive experience required (e.g., PMP, IPMA, or equivalent). 

  • Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams with influence. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and sound decision-making capabilities. 

  • Proven expertise in managing financial, material, and human resources to achieve business objectives. 


Travel Requirements 

  • Willingness to travel across Asia, Europe and occasionally North America. This role can be based out of Milan, London or Lisbon.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of related work experience, or master’s degree with 5 years of related experience
  • Project management certification or extensive project management experience, such as PMP or IPMA
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English and Italian
