In this role you have the opportunity to
Drive end-to-end AI-enabled transformation of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), acting as a strategic bridge across business, operations, and technology, to fundamentally reshape how supply chain operates, how decisions are made, and how value is created.
This role goes beyond project execution — it is about:
- Defining the future operating model for ISC
- Leveraging AI to transform core supply chain capabilities
You are responsible for
1. Transformation Strategy & Design
- Define and shape AI-enabled supply chain transformation roadmap
- Identify high-impact use cases across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and service
- Translating business challenges into AI/data-driven transformation initiatives
2. End-to-End Transformation Orchestration
- Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs across regions and business units
- Drive execution from concept → pilot → scale-up
- Orchestrate alignment across Operations, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams
3. AI & Data Capability Integration
- Partner with Data / AI teams to translate use cases into scalable solutions
- Drive adoption of AI applications (e.g., forecasting, planning, automation, control tower)
- Ensure measurable impact on cost, service level, efficiency, and resilience
4. Change Management & Operating Model Enablement
- Lead organizational change and capability building across ISC
- Drive mindset shift from experience-driven → data-driven decision-making
- Define governance, processes, and operating model to sustain transformation
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
1. Experience
- 10–15+ years in:
- Consulting(eg., Accenture /IBM etc.)
- Or leading transformation in industry, preferably within MedTech / Medical Imaging / Advanced Manufacturing)
- Proven track record in:
- Supply chain/ Operation transformation
- Leading large-scale, cross-functional, program
2. Capability
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain(planning / manufacturing / logistics)
- Solid exposure to AI / data / digital solutions in operations
- Ability to:
- Translate strategy into execution
- Influence senior stakeholders
- Drive change in complex organizations
