THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Wealth Management & Insurance is looking for a AI Transformation Analyst based out of Madrid.

You will help business teams identify opportunities, design effective prompts, document use cases, prepare enablement materials and track adoption and impact, contributing to the safe, consistent and effective use of AI in day-to-day activities.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Support AI discovery and adoption activities across WM&I domains, including workshops, interviews, process mapping and use-case documentation.

  • Design, test and refine prompts and practical AI usage examples for business teams, ensuring outputs are clear, reliable and aligned with applicable guidance.

  • Document AI use cases, user journeys, process changes, adoption learnings, expected benefits and relevant control considerations.

  • Prepare training materials, user guides, playbooks, FAQs and communications that enable business teams to use AI effectively.

  • Track adoption, usage and qualitative user feedback to identify barriers, improvement opportunities and success stories.

  • Support coordination with Data & AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance and business stakeholders during pilots and adoption activities.

  • Contribute to prompt libraries, reusable assets, communities of practice, reporting packs, research and benchmarking on emerging AI capabilities relevant to WM&I.

Professional Experience

  • Typically 0-3 years of experience in transformation, consulting, data, technology, operations, product, innovation or financial services (Required)

  • Experience preparing presentations, documentation, analysis or training materials for business stakeholders through academic, internship or professional projects (Required)

  • Practical exposure to generative AI tools, productivity copilots, analytics tools or automation solutions (Preferred)
     

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field (Required)

  • Relevant coursework or practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence, analytics, digital transformation or process improvement (Preferred)
     

Languages

  • Fluent English (Required)

  • Fluent Spanish and/or additional languages relevant to a global WM&I environment (Preferred)
     

Hard Skills

  • Practical understanding of Generative AI, prompting, copilots and business productivity tools (Required)

  • Ability to analyse activities and processes, identify friction points, document opportunities and track basic adoption KPIs (Required)

  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and collaboration tools; exposure to Power Platform, Python or analytics tools (Preferred)

Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear materials for business users

  • Collaborative mindset, attention to detail and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across business, technology and control functions
