The team you will be part of:
Your role, as our new AI Track Lead, is to facilitate the way of working, encourage critical thinking and reinvention, and remove roadblocks—ensuring teams maintain momentum, stay focused, generate meaningful learnings, and make well-founded, timely decisions that drive profitable impact for GN.
This is not a traditional Agile or project management role; it is a role for someone who can challenge established ways of working, rethink processes from the ground up, and help teams move from assumptions to validated AI-enabled solutions.
As an AI Experimentation Track Lead, you own the process and cadence of AI experimentation. You help virtual teams define and progress through a clear flow, and play the role of the questioner, the organizer, and the catalyst for clarity. You will ensure steering towards what creates value and stops or pivots when the evidence does not support the direction.
You help teams sharpen problem definitions, design meaningful experiments, and ensure that each sprint produces insights that support clear decisions. You will report to the Head of AI Execution in Global Operations.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Structure and facilitate AI experimentation such as workshops, identify critical assumptions to reinvent towards AI enabled workflows.
- Manage the execution of pilot projects, plan, staff and facilitate sprint ceremonies
- You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution using practical frameworks such as OKR
- Generate decision-ready learnings such as experiment results and synthesize insights and recommendations
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have direct experience working with OKRs to set direction, prioritize, and evaluate outcomes
- Have solid experience applying scrum and agile practices to structure daily work, ceremonies, and sprint execution
- Can operate in environments where resource allocation is constrained, and able to secure, align, and manage required resources
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to connect use cases to measurable value
- Solid understanding of AI-enabled solutions/frameworks, data pipelines, and system integrations
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams across business, tech, and data
- Clear, structured reasoning skills
- Practical work experience from supply chain, procurement and/or sourcing
- Previous experience within project and change management
- Skilled at working in change-driven, continuous-learning contexts
- Experience with experimentation, product development, innovation, or transformation initiatives in ambiguous environments
