The Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the most dynamic area of IT—Artificial Intelligence. The AI Technical Specialist will be the technical specialists responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of AI tools and platforms including DevRev, Copilot Studio, and other emerging technologies.

This role is ideal for someone junior to intermediate in experience but with a deep personal drive to grow, learn, and become a leader in the AI space. The successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of how AI tools can be embedded across the business to drive automation, insights, and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Platform Ownership & Development

  • Lead the configuration, development, and lifecycle management of AI platforms such as DevRev and Copilot Studio.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, bots, and automation solutions.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems like Salesforce, Epicor, and Microsoft 365 to enhance business processes.
  • Own documentation, governance, and performance monitoring of AI tools.

Strategic Enablement & Innovation

  • Actively explore and prototype new AI capabilities aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and business analysts to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
  • Promote AI literacy across the organization through enablement, demos, and training.

Learning & Growth

  • Stay current with AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
  • Share learnings with the team and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to skill development and career progression.

SKILLS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Platform, DevRev, LLMs)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Ability to apply AI tools within business systems to enhance workflows and insights
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • 1–3 years in a technical development or systems administration role
  • Demonstrated interest in AI through personal projects, blogs, or certification
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Epicor, or Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or chatbot development
  • Understanding of data governance and automation principles
