About this opportunity:
We are now seeking a Technical Solution Manager (5G NR & 4G LTE 무선통신 솔루션 기술 영업 담당) specialized in mobile telecommunications, especially 5G/4G Radio Access Network, to provide expertise in products and solutions, supporting our Sales Department. Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader. Also, ensure that customer feedback is effectively communicated to our Business Unit and Product Development Unit.
What you will do:
- Position Ericsson as a technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson's technology strategy and vision with customers
- Provide sales support expertise, conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers
- Provide sales support for specific deals, respond to RFx, propose solutions covering customer requirements, and present to Headquarters and Customers
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy, including implications on Ericsson's technology and solutions, is communicated to those in need at the Business Unit and Product Development Unit
- Customer Engagement focusing on identifying business opportunities, creating value propositions, and engaging customers at an early stage to maximize market and sales
The skills you bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mobile Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or similar
- In-field experience from Technical Pre-sales, Development, or Service Delivery (Post-sales), more than 7 years
- Domain experience: Experience in 5G/4G Radio Access Network, IP, and Cloud knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of 5G/4G Radio Access Network area
- Business Understanding
- Team player with very good collaboration skills
- Fluent Korean and English communication skills are mandatory
