What You’ll Do:
- Help set up and coordinate AI Fund’s first Hackathon and work with the talent team to execute on talent strategies across the ecosystem.
- Represent the team at in-person meetups, events, and conferences across the U.S.—building relationships with founders and AI practitioners.
- Support and manage cross-functional projects across business operations, marketing, recruiting, and community engagement.
- Coordinate logistics and programming for various events, both virtual and in-person.
- Build prototypes as requested.
- Drive key operational efforts, including project tracking, process improvements, and internal communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and project management skills — ability to stay on top of multiple priorities and support cross-functional efforts.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable participating in technical conversations related to AI and emerging tools.
- Conceptual understanding of how modern AI tools and technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, agents) work and how they’re applied.
- Exposure to working with technical teams (e.g., through school projects, internships, research, or side projects with engineers, data scientists, or startups).
- Familiarity with Python — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable reading and writing basic scripts.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
