Role Overview

As the Tech Lead Manager of Applied AI Engineering at Enterpret, you will lead a team of talented engineers and researchers to develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions that drive our products. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and practical, scalable applications, ensuring that Enterpret stays ahead in leveraging AI for customer feedback analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build Cost-Efficient, High-Performance Models
    • Lead the development of AI models that are both cost-effective and highly performant.
    • Ensure models are thoroughly evaluated and meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
  2. Foster a Culture of Rapid Experimentation
    • Establish and promote processes that encourage quick iterations and experimentation.
    • Encourage team members to test innovative ideas and learn from outcomes swiftly.
  3. Champion Customer Obsession
    • Embed a customer-first approach in all AI initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with customer success teams to gather feedback and tailor AI solutions to real customer needs.
  4. Drive the Feedback Flywheel
    • Implement mechanisms to collect data that tracks model performance effectively.
    • Utilize feedback loops to continuously improve AI models based on real-world usage.
  5. Cross-Team Collaboration for AI Innovations
    • Work collaboratively with annotation, GTM (Go-To-Market), and product teams.
    • Build AI applications leveraging advancements in LLMs, such as enhanced reasoning capabilities and agentic systems.

About You

  • Startup Experience: Previous experience working in early-stage startups, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • LLM Expertise: Proven track record of building and shipping successful applications powered by Large Language Models.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Innovative Mindset: Deep awareness of the latest advancements in AI and a passion for applying them to solve real-world problems.
