About the role

We are strengthening our Implementation Services team and are looking for an AI Systems Specialist to join us in our Tampere, Espoo, or Lappeenranta office in Finland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year student or recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in enterprise software implementations and cutting-edge AI development.

You will work closely with a skilled, international team on projects that fundamentally transform how our customers manage information and workflows in a modern, digital workplace.
What You Will Do:

Your time is split equally between two core areas: 

Customer Implementation Projects (50%)

• Consult directly with customers and M-Files partners on implementation projects
• Define business requirements and plan system designs to meet them
• Select implementation approaches with scalability and maintainability in mind
• Support customers in developing their business processes using M-Files
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation practices
   

AI Agent Development (50%)

• Design and build AI agents that help consultants deliver solutions more efficiently
• Develop agents that enable customers to work faster within their M-Files vaults

Collaborate with the team to explore and apply new AI capabilities
 
What We Are Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Solid software development skills in C#, JavaScript, and/or HTML
• Experience with system integrations across different IT platforms
• Experience documenting specifications using tools such as Visio or PowerPoint
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Curiosity and genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies
• Native Finnish speaker with professional proficiency in English; Swedish skills are a significant advantage
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a B.Sc. or M.Sc. programme in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical or commercial field

Valued additional skills:

• Experience developing AI solutions or AI agents
• Familiarity with various IT systems and databases
• Understanding of software development and how programming can be applied in implementations
• Knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, databases, network infrastructure)
• Experience with M-Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, or .NET

 
Demonstrated AI /GEN AI Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate practical experience (School project, free time or work) in one or more of the following areas — please include examples and the tools you used in your application: 

Application areas:

• AI-powered document management solutions
• Multi-agent AI systems
• Agentic information retrieval and search
• Process automation using AI
• Machine learning applications
   

Tools and technologies (examples, not exhaustive):

• Workflow automation: n8n, Make, Zapier
• Connectivity: APIs, MCP, Connectors
• Microsoft AI stack: Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry
• AI coding tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex
