The Role
Presidio is seeking a dynamic Solution Engineer to be a part of our Transformation Office, a strategic function responsible for driving internal transformation and enterprise-wide value creation. The Process Engineer will design, analyze, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and quality across business workflows. They will partner with cross-functional teams to map current-state processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions that deliver measurable performance gains.

 Job Responsibilities include: 

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, shape, and prioritize AI use cases
• Translate business problems into AI-ready requirements and success metrics
• Educate stakeholders on what is feasible with agents/LLMs vs what is not
• Design and build AI agents and copilots across multiple platforms
• Translate business use cases into AI solutions
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and data
• Deliver PoCs and scale to production with governance in mind
  

Required Key skills

• Use-case discovery and prioritization with business stakeholders
• Agentic AI design, prompt engineering, orchestration
• Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agent Framework, AI Studio
• LLM APIs, tools/functions, vector databases
• Cloud (Azure/AWS), integrations, security basics
• Use-case discovery, rapid prototyping, production rollout

Languages

• JavaScript/TypeScript (connectors, UI/backends where needed)
• Python (LLM workflows, utilities, evaluation)
• Optional: Apex (Salesforce), C#/.NET (Microsoft-heavy shops)
