About Savvy Wealth:

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.

Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.

AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.

The trajectory is steep and it's still early. We're a Series C company with 170+ people, $200M raised, and $100M ARR in sight this year. Inc. ranked us the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services company in America in 2026. Come build the next stage with us!

  • Great Place to Work Certified™

The Role:

Savvy is hiring an AI Strategy & Ops Manager to join our Platform Services team. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who wants to learn how a fast-growing company runs, and help build how it scales.

You’ll report to our Sr. AI Strategy & Ops Manager and help own the operating rhythm and planning that keep Platform Services on track. You’ll also lead projects across the business. This role is heavy on execution: you’ll use data, AI tools and good judgment to find ways to work more efficiently and turn them into results. One week you might be running quarterly planning, the next you might be building a capacity model, and the next you might be redesigning a workflow for our Advisor Success team.

This role offers broad exposure to operations, client servicing, finance and product. If you’re successful, you’ll have helped Savvy grow capacity through smart systems and automation rather than headcount alone.

Responsibilities:
  • Operating Rhythm & Planning

    • Run the Platform Services operating rhythm: weekly reviews, KR tracking, quarterly and annual planning, and follow-through on action items.

    • Own planning logistics end to end, including headcount templates, capacity models, KR tracking and keeping planning docs on schedule.

    • Draft and maintain internal docs, meeting materials and updates to keep teams aligned.

  • Projects & Advisor Success Support

    • Lead projects end to end: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution and iteration, with support and guidance from the Senior AI Strategy & Ops Manager.

    • Partner with Advisor Success leaders to improve workflows, SOPs, documentation and enablement for frontline teams.

    • Break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, timelines and owners.

  • Process Improvement & Automation

    • Work AI-first: find manual, repetitive work and partner with Ops and Engineering to automate or simplify it before adding headcount.

    • Track adoption of new tools and processes, and use feedback loops to keep improving them.

  • Data & Analysis

    • Build analyses and simple models (capacity, workload, ROI) to inform prioritization and resourcing decisions.

    • Maintain core metrics and reporting so teams can track progress and spot risks early.

Must have:
  • 2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking or a similarly rigorous analytical role.

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or another high-ownership setting where you wore multiple hats.

  • Strong project management skills. You can keep multiple workstreams moving with minimal oversight and follow through on details.

  • Structured, analytical problem-solving. You’re comfortable with imperfect information and can turn messy inputs into clear recommendations.

  • Clear written and verbal communication. You can write a crisp doc and keep stakeholders informed.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, automation tools) to speed up research, analysis and workflows.

  • Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills.

  • High ownership and low ego. You roll up your sleeves, take responsibility and care more about outcomes than credit.

  • Comfort in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.

Nice to have:
  • Exposure to wealth management financial services operations.

  • Experience building or improving SOPs, process documentation or enablement materials for frontline or client-facing teams.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Unlimited PTO + paid company holidays

  • Access to holistic medical, dental, and vision plans

  • Company 401(k) (including Mega backdoor Roth options), Commuter, and HSA/FSA plans

  • NYC office in Union Square

  • Lunch and snacks provided in the office, & dinner if you stay late

  • Access to virtual mental health care (Spring Health) and health concierge (Rightway) to help you find the right care

  • Access to counseling for stress management, dependent care, nutrition, fitness, legal, and financial issues (Guardian WorkLifeMatters EAP)

Skills Required

  • 2-4 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous analytical role
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly high-ownership environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
  • Structured, analytical problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or automation tools
  • Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • High ownership and low-ego approach
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
  • Exposure to wealth management financial services operations
  • Experience building or improving SOPs, process documentation, or enablement materials for frontline or client-facing teams

What We Do

Wealth management is a massive industry in the US ($545 billion annual revenue), but remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors do not offer any digital communication beyond emails and 62% of them conduct financial planning manually (for example, in Excel), resulting in a poor client experience and over 70% of a financial advisor’s time spent on non-client facing tasks. Savvy is a digital-first platform for financial advisors centered around modernizing human financial advice. Financial advisors who partner with Savvy leverage the integrated technology platform to help supercharge growth with AI-powered software, sales and marketing automation, and back office workflows. Savvy’s proprietary technology empowers financial advisors to help scale revenue faster and spend more time focused on growth. We are a team of former founders and operators who have started and sold two companies and have helped build iconic companies including Airbnb, Square, Robinhood, Facebook, and more. We’ve raised $34M from top-tier VC firms, including Canvas Ventures, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Brewer Lane Ventures, The House Fund, and a panel of A-list founders & executives from the technology & wealth management industry. Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit by providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve grown 700%+ in the last 12 months and are entering the next phase of the company, which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and revenue growth. Apply below to help us scale!
