ABOUT THE ROLE
LeoVegas has a clear ambition: to be the global leader in embedding AI across the business, giving every player a superior experience delivered in the most efficient way possible. To get there, we have set up a central AI Hub, led by our Chief AI Officer, that works hand in hand with dedicated AI Champions in every function, from Product & Technology and Commercial to Finance, Operations, Legal & Compliance and HR. As AI Transformation Lead in the AI Hub's Business team, you will shape our AI strategy and portfolio and, above all, lead the redesign of core business processes with AI embedded at their heart, taking priority use cases from idea to a new, measurably better way of working.
You will work closely with functional leaders and AI Champions, our AI Tech & Data architects and builders, Finance, HR, Comms, Security and Legal. This is a rare opportunity to be at the centre of a company-wide transformation as we move from building foundations to scaling AI in our core workflows, and to see the impact of your work directly in how 2,000+ colleagues work and how our players experience LeoVegas.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Apply and continuously improve our standard re-design approach across new process development, technology foundation, data foundation, training and compliance
Own the AI strategy and portfolio of priority initiatives, prioritising use cases by business value, feasibility and risk
Lead the AI Centre of Excellence with functional AI Champions, making our hub-and-spoke model work in practice
Drive change management so new AI-enabled ways of working stick, partnering with HR and Comms on training, enablement and communication
Partner with AI Tech & Data, Security and Legal to ensure solutions rest on sound architecture, quality data and responsible AI governance
Define KPIs for each initiative and report adoption, business value and progress to leadership, together with Finance
Monitor developments in GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI and turn them into practical opportunities for LeoVegas
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Proven track record of leading the redesign of business processes enabled by AI (e.g. GenAI, agentic AI or intelligent automation), with tangible, measurable results
Strong background spanning management or tech consulting followed by in-house industry experience driving AI, Data, or Analytics transformation
Strong practical understanding of GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI, their applications and limitations, as well as responsible AI, ethics and data governance
Strong change management and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional working groups across business, tech and engineering
Exceptional communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
NICE TO HAVES
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, process mining) or a PMP / PRINCE2 certification
Experience from iGaming or another regulated, consumer-facing digital industry
Proven track record of leading the redesign of business processes enabled by AI (e.g. GenAI, agentic AI or intelligent automation), with tangible, measurable results

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong conceptual and practical understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, their applications, and limitations
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and data governance
- 3+ years of experience in product adoption and organizational technology transformation
- Experience designing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong change management skills and experience driving technology adoption and organizational culture change
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to collaborate with business, technology, and engineering teams and lead working groups
- Self-starter mindset, analytical approach, and positive can-do attitude
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
