Shape the Enterprise AI innovation strategy and vision to deliver the next generation of member service and experience. Drawing on your experience and knowledge of AI and Generative AI advancements, partner with cross‐functional teams throughout the innovation process using conceptual design thinking approaches to identify strategic AI transformation opportunity areas. Propose innovative AI technologies to successfully translate member and business needs into meaningful solutions that ensure Navy Federal can offer exceptional experiences across all member touchpoints. Collaborate in innovation, governance, and other Enterprise working groups to drive the strategy. Coordinate with cross‐enterprise stakeholders and manage vendor relationships. Partner to prioritize the AI technology roadmap. Support senior leadership in developing and executing AI strategic plans. Work is performed under general direction.
Responsibilities- Develop and drive the enterprise-wide AI and Generative AI strategy, including prioritization of the AI technology roadmap and support for senior leadership in strategic planning and execution
- Outline opportunities for the greatest member value or improvement to member experience from AI innovation
- Align member‐centric strategic initiatives across Navy Federal to advancements in AI to drive exceptional member experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders—including risk, compliance, and innovation groups—to identify, assess, and implement AI opportunities aligned with member and business needs
- Ensure ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance by partnering with legal, compliance, and governance teams to develop and uphold enterprise AI guidelines
- Articulate intricate AI concepts and strategies to non‐technical stakeholders, utilizing compelling presentations and documentation that captivate and inform
- Offer continuous support and direction throughout implementation phases, adeptly tackling any hurdles that may arise
- Leverage design thinking principles to drive innovative approaches innovation within AI initiatives, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Remain at the forefront of AI advancements, industry trends, and optimal practices, consistently enhancing our AI initiatives to elevate member experiences and drive sustained growth
