Own the end-to-end AI architecture
across telecom domains (network, customer, revenue), ensuring scalability,
compliance, and integration with OSS/BSS ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
· Define
enterprise AI architecture across GenAI, ML, and Agentic systems aligned to
telecom priorities (churn, fraud, network optimization, customer experience).
· Design
integration with OSS/BSS (billing, CRM, mediation, provisioning) and network
data sources (CDRs, probes, telemetry).
· Establish
reference architectures for RAG, real-time inference, and AI agents.
· Define
AI governance, TRiSM, model risk frameworks aligned with telecom regulatory
requirements.
· Standardize
architecture for multi-country OpCo deployments (latency, sovereignty, edge vs
cloud).
Requirements
· Deep
knowledge of distributed systems, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes
· Telecom
stack familiarity (OSS/BSS, 4G/5G core, mediation systems)
· AI
architecture patterns (RAG, LLM orchestration, feature stores)
· Security
and compliance frameworks
