Location Details: India - Remote

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. Once we can safely travel, you may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

What you'll get to do...

• You'll own and scale GoDaddy Finance's enterprise AI and Automation strategy, shaping the roadmap that drives transformation across Finance
• Lead the Finance AI & Automation roadmap, aligning Finance priorities with FDAT strategy and enterprise architecture
• Define and govern solution architecture, design patterns, and AI governance frameworks for automation and agentic solutions
• Partner with CorpTech and Security to ensure robust compliance, RBAC, and data governance across all AI solutions
• Manage and scale the AI Factory Pod, coordinating intake, prioritization, and performance tracking for initiatives
• Motivate change management and adoption across Finance, communicating measurable business outcomes to senior leadership
• Oversee integration architecture using MCP, Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Teradata, and Ironclad

Your experience should include...

• 10+ years leading Finance transformation, enterprise automation, or AI programs at scale
• Proven success building or governing automation portfolios using Copilot Studio, UiPath, Power Automate, and AWS
• Strong understanding of MCP architecture, API frameworks, and AI orchestration principles
• Experience partnering with Finance, Security, and Engineering leadership to define strategy and deliver measurable outcomes
• Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high value/impact through automation and digital transformation

You might also have...

• Experience building an AI or Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Familiarity with LLM governance, agent safety frameworks, and responsible AI principles
• Strong grasp of Finance process design (R2R, P2P, FP&A)
• Expertise in Power BI or QuickSight, for value tracking and adoption reporting
• Ability to translate technical concepts into CFO-level business impact narratives
