AI Solutions Lead

We're hiring a hands-on AI Solutions Lead to build and integrate real-world AI solutions across the business. This role is about delivery, turning the potential of tools like ChatGPT Enterprise into tangible value through automation, augmentation, and intelligent workflows.

This isn't a strategy-only or research role. You'll be the technical driver bringing AI ideas to life, building, integrating, and deploying tools that actually work. Expect to get your hands dirty, experiment fast, and deliver value securely and reliably.

AI is moving fast, and we need someone who can cut through the noise, apply what's useful, and ship outcomes that matter.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from discovery to implementation.
• Build and integrate AI-powered tools using modern LLM APIs, orchestration tools, and enterprise platforms.
• Deliver high-impact use cases across operational, support, and knowledge domains, integrating AI where it can create meaningful efficiency and value.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new use cases, balancing speed with security and governance.
• Work closely with stakeholders across IT, InfoSec, operations, and business units to scope and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support the rollout and enablement of ChatGPT Enterprise and other internal AI platforms.
• Track AI usage, adoption, and performance; define and measure success metrics.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and patterns, and apply them where they create operational advantage.

• Proven experience delivering AI or automation solutions in an enterprise setting.
• Strong technical skills: scripting, API integration, and automation tooling (e.g. Python, Power Automate, Zapier).
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), including prompt engineering and API use.
• Experience building or integrating AI pipelines (e.g. vector databases, embedding/search, RAG workflows).
• Familiarity with enterprise environments, identity & access management, and security-first design.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats: builder, integrator, collaborator, and internal advisor.
• Ability to translate technical capability into business value, and explain AI tools to non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: exposure to platforms like Jira, Confluence, AWS and Google Workspace.
