What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the strategy and deployment of internal AI systems for marketing, copywriting, and creative content
- Build and maintain in-house generative AI capabilities capable of handling sensitive or adult digital content
- Architect, integrate, and scale custom AI tools while ensuring compliance and strong data governance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop AI-driven workflows tailored to business needs
Requirements
- Experience with private AI deployment, fine-tuning language models, and enterprise AI platforms
- Strong understanding of secure AI architectures and data privacy best practices
- Proficiency in Python, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or content generation pipelines
Nice to Have
- Experience with privacy-preserving AI tools or data governance frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise AI governance tooling
