What are we looking to add to our team? 

SeekOut is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing AI Operations team, supporting the expansion of SeekOut Spot, our agentic recruiting platform. You will work at the intersection of AI, talent intelligence, and customer success—operating SeekOut’s AI agents to help recruiters and hiring managers identify the right candidates faster and smarter. 

This is a hands-on, hybrid role blending software engineering, logical reasoning, and consultative problem solving. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, Spot engineers, and product managers to ensure our AI systems deliver high-quality candidate evaluations and actionable insights. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring manager needs and translate them into precise search strategies in SeekOut. 
  • Operate SeekOut Spot AI agents to evaluate candidate profiles and surface the best talent. 
  • Debug or adjust AI pipelines (“vibe coding”) when issues arise, working with engineering partners to fix or improve automation flows. 
  • Serve as a bridge between SeekOut recruiters and engineering—capturing insights, writing lightweight requirements, and helping shape Spot’s next generation of features. 
  • Contribute to internal documentation, feedback loops, and ongoing improvements to AI evaluation quality. 

Who you are: 

  • A logical thinker who enjoys solving open-ended problems through structured experimentation. 
  • Strong communicator who can comfortably interact with recruiters and translate their qualitative input into quantitative adjustments. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to run and interpret searches, filters, and AI outputs effectively. 
  • Basic proficiency in coding or scripting (Python, .NET) to debug pipelines or run data checks. 
  • Curious about AI and eager to learn how autonomous agents can transform recruiting workflows. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, consulting engineering, or AI operations. 
  • Comfort working with APIs, automation tools, or AI systems. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent analytical discipline like math or physics.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
