AI Solutions Engineer/Senior Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Solutions Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a background in artificial intelligence platforms and workflows, with a proven track record of successfully deploying projects, and enhancing and reimagining existing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, mentoring others, and is passionate about AI technologies. This is a hybrid role, with the associate required to be in the office 3 days per week.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows to solve business problems
• Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions
• Evaluate the performance of AI agents, validate results, and make adjustments to optimize accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor IT associates to build team capability
• Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI agents, workflows, and platforms
• Provide technical support and training to team members and end-users on AI tools and solutions
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL:

• Proven experience developing and deploying AI agents and solutions
• Experience with intelligent document processing, data extraction and workflow automation
• Proficient with Azure cloud platform, Azure AI tools and services, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Skilled in Python, SQL and/or .NET
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong, collaborative communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering
• Experience in the P&C Insurance industry
• Lean Six Sigma training a plus
