POSITION SUMMARY       

The AI Solutions Architect serves as the organization’s internal AI leader, responsible for identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve operations, designing and building intelligent workflows and custom AI agents, and enabling employees across the organization to effectively leverage AI tools in their daily work. This balanced role combines strategic consulting, hands-on technical development, and employee training.

Essential Functions Statement(s):

  • Partner with business units to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Translate business challenges into practical, AI-driven solutions with clear value and ROI.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents, multi-step automation workflows, and intelligent tools for specific business use cases.
  • Integrate AI platforms and tools with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms and provide data-driven recommendations for adoption.
  • Lead AI pilot programs from scoping through implementation and post-launch support.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation on AI tool usage and best practices.
  • Create clear, accessible guidance on prompt design, responsible AI use, and AI safety for all skill levels.
  • Build and maintain reusable AI components and frameworks that teams can adopt independently.
  • Maintain awareness of AI governance, data privacy, and compliance considerations and apply them to all implementations.
  • Serve as a trusted internal advisor and subject matter expert on AI capabilities, limitations, and evolving trends.
  • Support employees at all technical levels in becoming effective and confident AI users.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:  3–5+ years of relevant experience in AI implementation, automation engineering, or a closely related technical role.

Technical Skills:  Hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, or agents using tools such as LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • An office environment in a controlled atmosphere building.

Salary range for the role is $90,000 to $115,000 plus performance bonus
