We are looking for a Data Engineer to support our ML-driven features in a multitenant CCaaS platform. The Data Engineer will design and build scalable, secure, and tenant-aware data pipelines to process large volumes of contact center transcripts.
This role is critical in delivering reliable training data to our ML models and ensuring clean, compliant, and efficiently processed input data at scale. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team and global collaborators to build the foundation of our AI capabilities.
- Design and build scalable data pipelines to ingest and preprocess contact center transcripts.
- Implement feature engineering workflows for model training and inference.
- Ensure data pipelines meet privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Work with ML Engineers to create reproducible data sets for model training.
- Support tenant isolation, access control, and lineage tracking.
- Respond to escalated production issues, sometimes outside normal business hours.
- Monitor data quality and develop tools to detect and respond to pipeline issues.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
- Strong experience with AWS data tools such as Glue, EMR, or S3.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience building and maintaining ETL workflows.
- Strong understanding of data quality, schema design, and multitenancy considerations.
- Snowflake
- Familiarity with ML feature stores or metadata tracking systems.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA.
