At Together AI, our Solutions Architect team plays a crucial role in empowering developers and enterprises to build scalable production applications using our inference and fine-tuning platform with leading open-sourced models. Our customers span diverse industries and stages of growth, from innovative startups to established global enterprises.

About the Role

We are seeking a technically adept and business-focused Solutions Architect to closely collaborate directly with our large prospective customers as they evaluate and start building with open-sourced models. In this role, you’ll guide customers through every phase—from application ideation and development to delivery and scaling—ensuring they derive the maximum value from our platform. You will work on enabling and proving out use cases, acting as a vital link between customers and our Product and Research teams by collecting and delivering detailed feedback. This role involves close collaboration with our Sales, Research, Engineering and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to our most strategic customers, deeply embedding with them to support the ideation and development of innovative applications using OSS models.
• Provide proactive guidance to help customers maximize business impact and accelerate their time to value.
• Experiment with and prototype solutions for your customers, demonstrating the capabilities of our platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders, ensuring the successful deployment and scaling of their applications.
• Contribute to our open-source resources for developers and enterprises, sharing knowledge, best practices, and publishing notebooks.
• Scale the Solutions Architect function by codifying best practices and sharing insights both internally and externally.
• Deliver high-value feedback to our Product, Engineering, and Research teams, ensuring our platform continues to evolve to meet customer needs.
• Utilize your programming expertise in Python and JavaScript to support customer projects and prototyping efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience building and delivering prototypes on API platforms.
• Experience leading complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to identify opportunities for customers to maximize business value through our API.
• A problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership, willing to learn new skills to ensure both team and customer success.
• A humble and empathetic attitude with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to operate in dynamic environments, adept at managing multiple projects, and comfortable with frequent context switching and prioritization.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance, and other benefits, as well as flexibility in terms of remote work. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $180,000 - $230,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
