About This Opportunity:

The AI Solutions Consultant drives Docebo's AI strategy, working across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and Operations, to transform complex business challenges into high-impact, intelligent solutions. This role exists to bridge the gap between high-level company objectives and technical execution, requiring the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. It demands a profound curiosity to constantly explore, pilot, and master emerging AI technologies, coupled with the technical expertise to architect and implement these innovations. The core purpose of this position is to leverage a deep understanding of AI to create tangible business value, ensuring projects are strategically aligned and effectively deployed throughout the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic collaborations with departmental heads and business leaders to proactively identify, define, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities that align with core company objectives, moving beyond simple workflow challenges to address systemic business needs.
  • Own the end-to-end evaluation of cutting-edge AI platforms and tools, delivering expert, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to inform the company's technology roadmap and major investment decisions.
  • Architect and oversee the development of sophisticated, enterprise-grade AI solutions using platforms such as Zapier, n8n, APIs, and custom scripts, establishing technical standards to ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. 
  • Translate high-level business strategies into a detailed technical vision and architectural roadmap, defining precisely how advanced AI capabilities will integrate deeply and effectively with the core technology stack (Salesforce, Zendesk, Gong, Outreach, Snowflake, Docebo LMS, Google Workspace).
  • Establish and govern the creation of company-wide AI best practices, reusable frameworks, and strategic playbooks, while actively mentoring colleagues to build a community of practice and elevate AI literacy across the organization.
  • Define, measure, and report on the business impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of AI initiatives, presenting clear, data-driven outcomes and strategic insights to executive stakeholders to justify investments and shape future company strategy.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of relevant work experience in solutions engineering, operations, or related technical roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful AI solutions in a business environment. 
  • Expert-level knowledge of APIs, AI tools, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, LangChain). 
  • In-depth experience with the technology stacks used by Sales, CS, Support, and RevOps teams (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Snowflake). 
  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership and stakeholder management.
