Key Responsibilities
- Architect intelligent automation solutions using GenAI, LLMs, and context engineering.
- Design and implement scalable microservices and micro app ecosystems using containerized and serverless technologies.
- Lead the development of modular, decoupled applications that support rapid deployment and high availability.
- Integrate AI models using ONNX Runtime, VertexAI, GeminiAI, and other ML frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including radiologists, product managers, and developers to deliver impactful healthcare and enterprise solutions.
- Ensure infrastructure automation and compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and other regulatory standards.
- Drive DevOps strategy using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CDK, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills
- 7+ years in software architecture and enterprise application development.
- Proven experience with GenAI, ML model integration, and voice/image processing (VAD, SAM).
- Strong command of AWS services (Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS) and infrastructure automation.
- Expertise in designing microservices and micro apps using Node.js, Spring, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Knowledge of secure development practices and compliance frameworks.
Leadership:
• Foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources, rally teammates.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and/or lead blended teams, including 3rd party partners and customer personnel.
• Demonstrated Change Management /Acceleration capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Ability to influence and build consensus with other Information Technology (IT) teams and leadership
