Job Description

If you're energized by building products that solve meaningful problems, this is an opportunity to help shape the future of how prospective students connect with WGU. As a Software Product Manager, you'll partner with a senior product manager, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital experiences that support student enrollment through emerging AI-powered technologies.
You'll play a key role in a high-visibility product initiative focused on conversational and agentic AI experiences, helping translate user needs, business goals, and data insights into impactful solutions. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes.

Position & Application Details
