This position is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.
The salary for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling, data structures, and algorithms
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest AI and ML technologies.

- Collaborating with Business stakeholders, software teams, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Implementing cutting edge techniques and methodologies to improve platform performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements, while ensuring our thinking is at the forefront of innovation.
