Job DescriptionRequired Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience preferred based on hiring-manager guidance; 5+ years is the formal minimum.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade software applications.
- Direct hands-on experience integrating LLMs and/or AI Agents into applications.
- Strong experience with Python, particularly for AI/LLM integrations.
- Strong experience with Java.
- Strong experience with Angular or comparable frontend development.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Snowflake or comparable data platforms.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, distributed systems, architecture, and problem-solving.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools / coding agents.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work 4 days onsite in Dallas, TX.
