We are seeking an AI SIMD Software Engineer who is passionate about performance and low-level programming to help us unlock the full potential of Intel’s AI processors.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of software and hardware, writing highly optimized SIMD code that accelerates AI workloads and enables groundbreaking applications in machine learning and deep learning.
Your impact will include designing, developing, integrating, testing, validating, and debugging multidisciplinary, multi-layer solutions incorporating various components developed in C, C++, SIMD intrinsics, and assembly for AI acceleration on Intel hardware.
You will implement AI operations to enhance and utilize AI capabilities, collaborate with architects and AI experts to identify performance bottlenecks and push the limits of what’s possible, and optimize workloads for AI benchmarks, reference workloads, and real-world applications.
You will work across software layers, including firmware, drivers, libraries, and user-level code as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in C/C++ programming
- Familiarity with SIMD and VLIW architectures
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques
- Familiar with the internals of common neural networks frameworks - Advantage
- Experience in Multithreaded environments - Advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
