What you will do:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist for SEO & AI, you will help shape and execute NN Hellas’ AI‑driven content and optimization strategy. Your role focuses on ensuring that our digital assets are fully aligned with the evolving world of AI‑powered search, enabling our brand to appear effectively in AI‑generated answers. You will be the go-to expert for implementing AI-first SEO initiatives, enhancing contextual relevance across our platforms, and producing high-quality, E‑E‑A‑T‑optimized content for our digital assets. Your focus will be continuous improvement, innovation, and ensuring that NN Hellas remains ahead of emerging AI and search trends.

Your day-to-day:

•    Digital & Content Strategy : Develop and implement an AI first content strategy adapting the existing content (blog, product pages, guides) and creating new for AI search requirements
•    Website Optimization: Create contextual content components (definitions, FAQs, structured descriptions) ensuring accuracy and continuous updating of website content
•    AI Oriented Content Creation Produce & coordinate blog articles, FAQs, and short explainer videos. Evaluate and optimize AI generated content vs. traditional content
•    Authority Building: Plan and execute safe, white hat link building initiatives
•    Reviews & Brand Trust: Manage customer reviews across platforms (Google Reviews, Trustpilot, etc.). Respond to comments and maintain brand trust
•    KPIs & Analytics Define and track AI visibility KPIs. Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on AI analytics
 

Who You are:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus)

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in insurance/financial services

·        Strong SEO knowledge (incl. GEO, AEO)

·        Experience with CMS platforms (Bloomreach is a plus)

·        Proficient with GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, GA4, Looker Studio, Surfer/Neuron/Jasper

·        Advanced use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity)

·        Ability to create and implement structured data (schema)

·        Strategic, data‑driven mindset; strong collaboration with IT, PR, product teams

·        Creative, proactive, and innovation‑oriented

·        Understanding of GDPR in AI‑driven personalization

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
