We’re looking for an AI-SEO Content Specialist to help drive our content strategy at Eldorado.gg.    

In this mid-to-senior role, you’ll combine SEO expertise, content editing skills, and AI-powered workflows to create high-impact, search-optimized content. Your goal: boost visibility across Google, Bing, LLMs, and social platforms—building content that drives growth and sets Eldorado GG apart in the gaming space.

What You Will Be Doing

• Content & SEO Execution - Plan and create SEO-driven and AI retrieval optimized content using AI workflows, online tools, and editorial expertise;
• AI Workflow Creation, Integration, and Management - Leverage platforms like AirOps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others to scale content production and refreshing without sacrificing quality, information gain, and brand style;
• Search & Platform Optimization - Drive content discoverability across major search engines, AI/LLM, and social platforms;
• Editorial Quality Control - Ensure all content meets brand, quality, and SEO standards - whether AI-generated or human-written;
• Trendspotting & Strategy - Identify new opportunities through research, competitor analysis, and gaming trend tracking.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, and/or content marketing;
• Proven experience working with AI content tools and workflows;
• Deep understanding of on-page SEO, search intent, and content optimization;
• Strong writing/editing background and familiarity with editorial guidelines;
• Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments;
• Passion for gaming or familiarity with gaming communities and terminology.
  

Bonus Points For

(Not required, but nice to have!)

• Experience with Agentic AI systems, semantic embeddings knowledge, chunk structuring, and retrieval simulation experience are very strong advantages;
• Background in marketplaces or eCommerce platforms;
• Solid understanding of technical SEO;
• Comfortable working with CMS platforms like WordPress and Contentful;
• Track record of content success in competitive gaming niches (e.g. MMORPGs, FPS, esports);
• Experience with programmatic, user-generated, and/or long-tail content strategies;
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and/or Indonesian).

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is €3000–€5000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
