As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will play a key part in developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced AI models and solutions in our communication platform, and be involved in both the research and practical aspects of cutting-edge projects. 
 
What willyou do at Infobip 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy AI models and solutions

  • Cooordinate AI requirements and prerequisites with other teams 

  • Develop and maintain software applications using Python

  • Deploy and maintain containerized applications

  • AI ML-OPS internal system architecture and optimization

  • Research and develop new machine-learning-based solutions, capable of processing data in real time

  • Work on state-of-the-art AI models

  • Signal (Language, Audio, Video, Text, etc.) analysis and advanced signal processing algorithms development 

  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members 

  • Work withinthe agileframeworkin close collaboration with Product Management

  • Participatewith your teaminagile practices such as backlog refinement and task prioritization

  • Expandandimproveyourknowledgeand be a partofthe engineeringcommunity. 

Qualifications 

  • 5 years of relevant experience in fields such as AI/ML Engineering or Data Science 

  • Worked on real-life AI projects in active/leading participant role 

  • Understanding of building AI services for scale and from perspective of end-to-end process 

  • Problem-solving skills in relevant fields (e.g. in mathematics, optimization algorithms) 

  • Strong programming skills and detailed understanding of data structures and algorithms 

  • Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts 

  • Experience with AI/ML models in a production environment, preferrably on a large scale


 Nice To Have Qualifications 

  • Experience in Docker and maintaining production-stable containerized applications

  • Proficiency in at least one Python web framework (e.g. FastAPI, Flask, Django)

  • Knowledge of networking protocols

  • Experience in Digital Signal Processing

  • Experience or knowledge of Language, Audio, Video or Text Processing 

  • Any work related to an academic background (teaching, research)

  • Desire for contributing to academia and collaboration with universities
