Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to standardize processes that allow us to innovate and develop new methodologies and standard processes for consumption sciences and observational research. This role requires a forward-thinking approach to understanding consumer behavior, with a focus on designing and implementing new observational consumer methods that drive actionable insights to fuel P&G business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development of new research methodologies in consumption science and observational research, from concept through implementation.

Identify, evaluate, and refine standard methodologies to enhance the rigor and impact of observational research.

Pilot new and improved methods and validation studies and analyses.

Collaborate with P&G businesses and cross-functional teams to apply research findings to drive initiative development, marketing strategies, and superior consumer experiences.

Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging methodologies in behavioral and social sciences, integrating these insights into research practices.

Identify supplier partners with outstanding methods and technology in observational research.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Master's Degree in behavioral science, sociology, psychology, or a related field, focusing on consumption or observational research.
- Over 5 years of proven experience leading methodological advancements in consumer or behavioral research.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced data analysis and observational research techniques.
- Experience with using a variety of data visualization mediums including SPSS, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and collaborators.
- Deep digital acumen with a proven track record of identifying and implementing new technology driven solutions
- Experience in machine learning or AI as applied to behavioral sciences.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for data collection and analysis in observational research.
Preferred
- PhD in behavioral science, sociology, psychology, or a related field, focusing on consumption or observational research.
