The Role

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Senior Consultant/ AI Customer Technology Advisor who combines deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence with strong consultative, communication, and customer-facing skills. This role requires a hybrid profile: an AI specialist capable of designing end‑to‑end solutions, adapting complex concepts to different audiences, and supporting the full sales cycle.

You will work closely with customers across industries and you will collaborate with internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect AI solutions across generative AI, agentic AI, traditional machine learning, MLOps/LLMOps, and AI governance frameworks.

  • Lead end-to-end AI engagements, from understanding customer needs to defining the technical approach, contributing to proposals (RFPs), and presenting solutions clearly and convincingly.

  • Act as a trusted AI advisor, adapting the communication level to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity while maintaining scientific rigor.

  • Provide strong pre‑sales support, including co‑creation workshops, demos, technical validations, and defense of proposals during limited customer presentation windows.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, architects, and account teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery feasibility.

  • Contribute to sector‑specific strategies (e.g., health, energy, finance), bringing valuable industry expertise when applicable.


Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing innovative, efficient, and successful AI/ML solutions.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling technical services for multi‑industry customers, ideally in consulting environments.

  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML services in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP, ideally more than one).

  • Solid experience in AI system architecture, solution design, and translating business needs into technical proposals.

  • Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and AI governance.

  • Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and building scalable ML pipelines.

  • Strong customer‑facing and consultative abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders and supporting full sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messages to diverse audiences

  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.

  • Sector specialization in Health, Energy, or Financial Services with proven relationships or deep domain understanding.
