As a Sales Specialist, you drive product adoption and expansion within Simpro Group's existing customer base. What You’ll Do
Drive Adoption & Expansion
Generate cross-sell pipeline through consistent outbound engagement into non-managed customer accounts
Carry and achieve a defined expansion revenue quota through cross-sell and product adoption within the existing customer base
Demonstrate and present Simpro Group products to customers — translating technical features into business benefits aligned with customer needs
Close expansion opportunities from demo to signed order, managing a short and decisive sales cycle
Support Account Manager Deals
Step into live Account Manager opportunities as the product expert — handling demos and technical conversations the moment an expansion deal opens
Arm Account Managers with the product knowledge, talk tracks, and demo assets they need to identify and create expansion opportunities
Partner closely with the AI Sales team when customer conversations extend into AI solutions
Be the Product Authority
Understand and articulate how Simpro Group products integrate with each other and with the customer's existing platform
Address every technical question and concern a customer raises as they evaluate adding new products or features
Gain and maintain deep product knowledge across the full portfolio — including new products and acquisitions as they are released
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product team with specificity and commercial context
Stay Ahead
Stay current with industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position Simpro Group in every customer conversation
Bring the customer's voice back to leadership — your frontline perspective shapes product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of experience in a product specialist, solutions consultant, or B2B sales role — ideally in SaaS
Deep product fluency or demonstrable ability to develop it quickly — you go beyond the surface and into the workflow
Commercially driven — you love finding the cross-sell and you know how to close it
Strong communicator — you make complex technology simple and compelling for non-technical buyers
Self-starter with the discipline to manage outbound activity alongside a warm inbound pipeline
Experience in field service, trades, or construction software is a significant advantage
