Job Description

Are you a high-energy, technically fluent sales professional with a passion for applied AI? 

IFS is hiring a Technical AI Sales Specialist – Operations Solutions to drive market growth of our AI-powered Operational Intelligence portfolio in industrial markets. 

This role focuses on selling AI that enhances operational visibility, performance, and decision-making across asset-intensive and production-driven environments. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Hunt and develop new-logo opportunities within industrial organizations focused on operational excellence. 
  • Lead consultative engagements demonstrating how AI-driven operational intelligence improves uptime, productivity, safety, and efficiency. 
  • Position IFS as a strategic partner for AI-enabled operations transformation. 
  • Engage COOs, Heads of Operations, Digital Transformation leaders, and IT executives. 
  • Close complex, enterprise-scale deals with 6-7 digit ACV
  • Work closely with regional sales teams, operations specialists, and AI solution experts to maximize and close complex deals. 

Qualifications

  • Proven success in enterprise new-logo sales. 
  • Experience selling AI, advanced analytics, or operational intelligence platforms to business and IT buyers
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations, asset performance, or production environments. 
  • Ability to translate AI insights into operational and financial outcomes. 
  • Confident engaging both technical and operational stakeholders. 
  • Curious, commercially sharp, and motivated by solving complex operational challenges with AI.
