Annual Salary Range for this job which could be performed in Germany is: 108 830,00 € - 198 495,00 € The compensation range displayed in this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education, training. As part of our total compensation approach, the final offer may include additional pay components and benefits. This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, plus 10 or more years of experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, plus 8 or more years of experience
- Strong expertise in AI and machine learning for real-time graphics, imaging, or video
- Experience with AI technology development from research through productization, including model architecture, datasets, training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment
- Strong understanding of GPU architecture, performance, memory, latency, and hardware-aware optimization
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across research, software, and hardware teams
- Experience with XeSS, neural rendering, or adjacent AI-based graphics technologies
- Understanding of modern AI model architectures, including LLMs, Vision Transformers, and diffusion models
- Experience with high-performance GPU compute, inference kernels, or production AI deployment
- Experience with dataset capture, processing, and training infrastructure for graphics AI models
- Experience with SDK, API, or cross-platform AI productization
- Experience influencing GPU, NPU, or accelerator features based on AI workload analysis
