Lucidya is looking for a passionate and innovative AI Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and machine learning, contributing to the development of intelligent systems that can solve complex problems and enhance our products.
As an AI Researcher, you will analyze existing AI technologies, propose novel solutions and methodologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement your research findings. Your work will involve experimenting with algorithms, training models, and validating results to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research on advanced AI and machine learning techniques to drive innovation.
- Experiment with various algorithms and methodologies to improve the performance of AI models.
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights and inform research directions.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to implement AI solutions in products.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Document and present research findings clearly for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to publications and participate in conferences to share findings.
Requirements
- Education:
- A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in AI research or a related domain.
- Familiarity with AI/machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient programming skills in Python and experience in data manipulation.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills to present research findings effectively.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
