The Role
As an AI Research Intern, you’ll work directly with our AI and robotics teams to drive frontier AI model development for dexterous robotic manipulation. You will take ownership of a project at the frontier of end-to-end AI models for robotics, from large-scale multi-task pre-training and world models to specialised fine-tuning and RL post-training.

What You’ll Do
- Drive research and implementation for a project on frontier AI for robotics.
- Contribute to our AI software stack with patches and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the AI and robotics teams.
- Oversee the data flywheel and real-world model evaluation in relation to your project and beyond.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Python, deep learning frameworks (Pytorch, JAX, TF, etc), machine learning, deep learning, imitation learning, computer vision, reinforcement learning, robot simulations (Mujoco), large language models, and multi-GPU training.
- Collaborative software development skills.
- Solid understanding of machine learning and robotics fundamentals.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-governance and initiative in technical and research tasks.
- Easygoing, collaborative attitude, we value good energy as much as technical skill.
