AI Process Redesign Consultant — InPost Group

This role does not yet exist on the market. And that’s exactly the point.

At InPost, we’ve been doing things first for years. We were the first with parcel lockers, the first with a prompt engineer. Now we’re building a role that doesn’t yet have its own place in the market — AI Process Redesign Consultant.

This is not about another “AI Consultant” who brings slides with recommendations and then disappears. It’s about someone who goes deep into processes together with the business, understands them inside out, redesigns them for AI — and stays through the implementation, drives the change, and sees real results. From as‑is to a working, new, intelligent process with tangible improvements.

Why this role now?

InPost handles hundreds of millions of parcels every year across several European countries. Behind each of them are dozens of processes — operational, logistics, back‑office, customer service. We are implementing AI. We want to automate, simplify, and “intelligentize” these processes. Ultimately, we want to improve business KPIs through this.

Role and responsibilities

You start by entering a given area, talking to people, and observing how their work actually looks in reality.
Mapping the end‑to‑end process — not as it is described, but as it truly functions.
Analysis: where are the bottlenecks, where is unnecessary manual work, where AI can be applied and what it can change.
Designing a new process — taking into account technological capabilities, risks, and the need for human involvement at key moments.
Building a business case, launching a pilot, measuring results, validating with the business as well as with supporting functions such as Finance, Controlling, Legal, and Technology teams.
Creating playbooks and documentation for scaling to additional markets.

This role covers the full cycle — it does not end with a presentation.

Qualifications

Must‑have:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Documented projects that included implementation — not just analysis and recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving — Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar
  • Practical, day‑to‑day use of AI tools in work
  • English at C1 level or higher — the role has a group‑wide scope

Nice to have:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) or BPM
  • Knowledge of process mining or data‑driven process improvement
  • Exposure to logistics, e‑commerce, finance, or customer care
  • Experience in an international environment or cross‑functional transformation programs

What we are not looking for

  • A purely advisory profile — this role requires staying through implementation, not just analysis
  • Strictly technical competencies — this is not a role for programmers or data scientists
  • AI knowledge limited to conferences and theory — what matters is daily, hands‑on use of tools
