Your Mission:
We are seeking a passionate AI Python Developer who thrives on building innovative solutions in a state-of-the-art AI and Machine Learning environment. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, scalable, and reliable Python code.
- Partner with product and domain experts to translate business problems into well posed analytical/ML/LLM tasks.
- Build datasets and pipelines, run EDA, and design statistically valid experiments.
- Train, evaluate, and ship models/LLM agents; own their production lifecycle (observability, reliability, and continuous improvement).
- Define and maintain golden test suites; automate offline and online evaluations to prevent regressions.
- Agile mindset. Contribute to product requirements - user stories & epics, extracting requirements from high-level User Stories.
- Perform code reviews of your peers and refactor existing code to improve readability and maintainability.
- Champion privacy, security, and responsible AI practices in day-to-day work.
Requirements
- Experience with Python programming language.
- Experience with LLMs and development frameworks such as LangChain, Autogen or CrewAI.
- Model Evaluation & Quality, hands on with selecting and interpreting the right metrics cross validation and explainability.
- Experience with machine learning packages such as pandas, numpy, scikit, keras, tensorflow.
- Strong exploratory data analysis skills (pandas/polars), statistical inference, and experiment design (A/B tests, power analysis, sequential testing). Comfortable with data visualization (matplotlib/seaborn/plotly) and communicating insights clearly to non‑technical partners.
- Good understanding of data modelling.
- Experience working with databases, basic knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of programming languages principles and methodology, use of code versioning.
- Technical background and experience with software development.
- Experience with Agile development processes.
- Comfortable in English written and spoken.
- University degree in computer science, electronics, programming, or related areas.
- Focus on getting things done - we ship working products and we ship often.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in working with an AI copilot
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of ML algorithms (e.g., classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection).
- Experience with MLflow and a model registry.
- Hands on with RAG pipelines (embeddings, retrieval strategies, vector DBs) and evaluation frameworks (Ragas, Promptfoo, DeepEval, LangSmith).
- Experimentation at scale: A/B testing platforms, sequential tests, or bandits; online metrics definition and guardrail metrics.
- Observability for ML/LLM systems: quality, drift, data freshness, cost/latency budgets, and alerting.
- Familiarity with Azure managed AI services.
- Experience with BI, analytics, data interpretation and representation
- Code quality concepts such as SOLID, unit testing
